For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related mu777 policies:

• "mu777" / "we" / "us"Refers to the mu777 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities operating under the international gaming licence.
• "Platform"The mu777 website accessible at mu777.ws, including all casino games, sports betting products, account management tools, and payment services offered thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "you"Any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered a mu777 account and uses the Platform for any purpose, including for entertainment, betting, or account management.
• "Account"The personal registered account created by a Player on the mu777 Platform, identified by the Player's registered Pakistani mobile number and secured by a unique password.
• "Real Money Balance"The sum of PKR funds deposited by a Player into their mu777 Account that have cleared, net of withdrawals and real-money wagers placed.
• "Bonus Balance"Promotional funds credited to a Player's Account by mu777 subject to applicable wagering requirements, held separately from the Real Money Balance.
• "KYC"Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by mu777 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and Pakistani residency prior to approving withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold.
• "Wagering Requirement"The minimum total value of bets that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before that balance becomes eligible for conversion to a Real Money Balance or withdrawal.
• "PKR"Pakistani Rupee — the functional currency of the mu777 Platform for all Pakistani player Accounts.
• "Prohibited Activities"Actions expressly forbidden under these Terms, including but not limited to underage gambling, use of automated software, account sharing, collusion, and fraudulent payment activity.

To register and maintain a mu777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration attempts by persons under 21 will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated deposits pending KYC confirmation of underage status.
• You must be accessing the mu777 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a previously closed mu777 Account that was closed as a result of a self-exclusion request, responsible gaming tool activation, or a finding of fraudulent activity.
• You must be acting as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Persons acting in a professional capacity as gaming agents, affiliates operating outside of mu777's authorised affiliate programme, or representatives of corporate entities may not register personal Player Accounts.
• You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will, without duress, coercion, or undue influence of any kind.

mu777 reserves the unconditional right to request proof of age at any time during a Player's registration process or Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe specified in mu777's request will result in Account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent Account closure if satisfactory evidence is not produced.

mu777 operates an internal age verification system and conducts KYC checks prior to approving any withdrawal request exceeding Rs 25,000. Players found to be under 21 at any stage of the verification process will have their Accounts permanently closed, all Real Money Balances returned to the originating payment method, and any Bonus Balances forfeited in full.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the mu777 Platform. mu777 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity cross-referencing to detect and close duplicate accounts. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether registered to the same person, the same CNIC, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Balances held therein.

When registering your mu777 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You must notify mu777 promptly if any of your registered account details change. mu777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. mu777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available at no charge on all Accounts. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified mu777 of a security compromise.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact mu777 support immediately at support [at] mu777.ws or via live chat. mu777 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving a verified security alert, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the receipt of such notification.

• One Account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• All registration details must match your valid Pakistani CNIC exactly.
• Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP is strongly recommended.
• Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including persons claiming to be mu777 staff.
• mu777 support will never ask for your password in any communication channel.

mu777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. No other payment method is accepted at this time. mu777 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international credit cards for account funding.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and are displayed in the mu777 cashier at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are processed instantly for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Real Money Balance during standard banking hours. mu777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network interruptions on the Player's end.

By making a deposit into your mu777 Account, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are your own and are not derived from any illegal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity.
• You are not using any payment method belonging to a third party without their express written authorisation.
• You are not attempting to circumvent any transaction limit or payment restriction imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or mu777.
• You are the verified account holder of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account from which the deposit originates.

mu777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where the deposit amount is unusually large or where transaction patterns are consistent with suspicious activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension pending review.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the mu777 Account holder. mu777 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to other individuals, or unverified payment channels. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK are typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours during standard Pakistani banking hours. Raast transfers are processed within minutes where the receiving bank supports Raast instant transfers.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Player's Account must be in good standing with no pending security reviews, responsible gaming actions, or open disputes.
• Any applicable Bonus Balance wagering requirements attached to the Player's current Real Money Balance must be fully satisfied.
• KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals exceeding Rs 25,000. Players will be required to submit a clear copy of their CNIC and, in some cases, a selfie with the CNIC for facial match confirmation.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance at the time of the request.

mu777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it considers, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to present indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms abuse. Processing of such requests may be delayed by up to 5 business days pending completion of the review. Players subject to such a review will be notified via their registered contact details.

mu777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds restriction (for sports betting bonuses), game contribution percentages, and expiry date.

General bonus terms that apply to all mu777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used before Real Money Balance funds. If your Real Money Balance reaches zero while a Bonus Balance remains, all subsequent wagers will be drawn from the Bonus Balance.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will cause the previous bonus and any accumulated wagering progress to be forfeited.
• mu777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, remove bonus funds from an Account, and void associated winnings if it determines that a Player has abused the bonus system, exploited a bonus in combination with low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, or otherwise obtained a bonus through misrepresentation.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder. Bonus sharing, trading, or transfer between Accounts is strictly prohibited.

mu777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, subject to the obligation to honour the terms of any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification.

All casino games available on the mu777 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and video poker variants — are operated by certified game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and live dealing processes are subject to independent certification and periodic audit. mu777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

For sports betting, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international Pakistan fixtures, and other global events, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. mu777 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in the limited circumstances described below.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 12 hours of the scheduled start time, or cancellation, all single bets on the affected match will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled as if the voided selection was not included.
• mu777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly the result of a system error, typographical error, or odds feed malfunction. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed in the mu777 sportsbook. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum, regardless of the odds at which the bet was struck.
• Minimum bet amounts start from Rs 50 across both casino games and sports betting markets.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage on the mu777 Platform is expressly prohibited. Any Account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and the Real Money Balance refunded at mu777's sole discretion pending a full investigation.

mu777 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has built a comprehensive suite of Player protection tools directly into the Account management system. All of the following tools are available to every registered Player free of charge and can be activated at any time via Account settings or by contacting the mu777 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day reflection period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: A maximum per-session duration that triggers an automatic logout and cool-down prompt when reached.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR amount a Player may lose within the specified period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net profit/loss at intervals selected by the Player.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month during which the Account is locked for all real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or fixed-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from the mu777 Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period and mu777 will close the Account and block re-registration attempts for the duration.

mu777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be or suspected of being under 21 years of age.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's Account activity is consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• The Player has registered more than one Account on the Platform.
• The Player has engaged in collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of unfair play in live casino or sports betting markets.
• The Player has initiated an unjustified chargeback with their payment provider against a mu777 transaction.
• Regulatory, licensing, or compliance requirements necessitate the closure of the Account.

Upon Account closure, mu777 will return the verified Real Money Balance to the Player's last used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud investigation. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure for cause. mu777 will notify the Player of Account closure and the reason for it, except where disclosure of the reason would be prejudicial to an ongoing investigation or contrary to applicable legal obligations.

Players may also close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming reasons are treated as self-exclusion requests and are subject to the self-exclusion terms described in Clause 08.

All content on the mu777 Platform — including but not limited to the mu777 name, logo, trade marks, game graphics, interface design, text, data compilations, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of mu777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mu777 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any mu777 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the mu777 Platform.
• Use the mu777 name, logo, or trade marks in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the mu777 Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of mu777 intellectual property may result in immediate Account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

mu777 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond mu777's reasonable control, including network outages, DDoS attacks, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contained a typographical or system error subsequently corrected by mu777 under the terms of Clause 07.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mu777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mu777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, payment terms, or responsible gaming obligations — mu777 will provide Players with at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on the Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor amendments — such as clarification of existing terms, correction of typographical errors, or editorial improvements that do not affect the substance of Player rights — mu777 may update the Terms immediately and will update the "Effective Date" displayed in the header of this document accordingly.

Your continued use of the mu777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the mu777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mu777 holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction details are available to Players upon written request submitted to the support team.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mu777, the following escalation process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact mu777 support via live chat or at support [at] mu777.ws. The support team will aim to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving a complete written description of the dispute.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If Step 1 does not resolve the matter, submit a formal written complaint to the mu777 compliance team. mu777 will issue a final decision within 28 days of receiving the formal complaint.
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the Player remains unsatisfied following mu777's final decision, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction mu777 operates. Details of the licensing authority are provided upon issuance of mu777's final decision.

Players agree not to initiate legal proceedings against mu777 before completing the dispute resolution process described above, except where urgent injunctive relief is required to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.
